Job Description

Job Summary

The IT Talent Advisor is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition process at a professional level. This role may focus on nonexempt positions or lateral hires for a specific business unit. The IT Talent Advisor will support the companys talent acquisition policy providing advice and guidance throughout the hiring and selection process. They may also manage relationships with thirdparty vendors and perform research execute advanced talent sourcing strategies and negotiate complex employment offers to secure highly skilled candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from initial job brief to candidate sourcing interviews and offer negotiation while collaborating with hiring managers and internal teams to meet recruitment needs.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies including job posting optimization marketing channels job board procurement and comprehensive recruitment campaigns.
  • Identify and source candidates for current roles anticipate future talent needs and build a proactive talent pipeline through social engagement and networking.
  • Provide recruitment guidance to hiring managers and key leadership offering insights into hiring trends and competitive intelligence related to the talent market.
  • Participate in special projects and recruitment initiatives as needed.
  • Manage risk by incorporating risk and control processes into daily responsibilities ensuring proper monitoring and mitigation and escalating issues as necessary.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of corporate recruiting experience.
  • 5 years of IT recruiting experience.
  • Global recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • A bachelors degree is preferred; a Masters degree or equivalent experience is advantageous.
  • Indepth knowledge of employment laws and regulations including EEO ADA and labor relations.
