Chief Technology Officer- Managed IT Services

We are seeking an experienced and resultsdriven Chief Technology Officer to lead our team. This is a critical role for a highperforming individual who thrives in a fastpaced continuous improvement environment and is passionate about optimizing operations while ensuring exceptional IT service delivery to our clients. As the CTO you will oversee the daytoday operations of every part of our business optimizing internal processes and collaborating closely with sales and technical teams to drive business growth. Your leadership will be key in ensuring our clients receive topnotch service and that we continuously improve both operational efficiency and profitability. Key Responsibilities: *Operational Management*: Oversee the delivery of IT services sales finance and employee relations ensuring operational efficiency and client satisfaction. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics such as uptime response times and ticket resolution. *Process Improvement*: Act as the companys Integrator of our Entrepreneurial Operation System (EOS). Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows enhance productivity and optimize service delivery. *IT Infrastructure & Security*: Manage and optimize network infrastructure and ensure IT security protocols are in place and regularly updated. *Client & Vendor Management*: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Resolve client escalations and proactively address their evolving needs. Manage vendor relationships and maintain service quality. *Financial Management*: Work with the Controller to monitor financial performance manage budgets and implement costsaving strategies to maximize profitability. *Team Leadership & Development*: Lead mentor and inspire a highperforming IT operations team. This position oversees not only our service delivery departments but also Sales & Marketing Finance HR and all business operations. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment and promote continuous professional development. *Risk Management*: Identify operational risks implement mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. *Business Strategy & Development*: Collaborate with sales teams to explore new business opportunities develop service packages and analyze market trends for growth. Contribute to strategic decisionmaking with the CEO. Key Qualifications: *Experience*: 10 or more years in a senior leadership position within a Managed Service Provider (MSP) with a proven track record of successfully managing operations optimizing workflows and delivering exceptional client service. *Technical Knowledge*: Indepth understanding of IT infrastructure network management cloud technologies and cybersecurity best practices. *Leadership Skills*: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate teams foster a culture of collaboration and align operations with business objectives. Experience with EOS a plus. *ProblemSolving & Analytics*: Ability to quickly identify operational challenges analyze data and implement effective solutions. *CustomerCentric*: A deep commitment to client satisfaction with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs. *Financial Acumen*: Strong understanding of financial principles budgeting and financial analysis. *Education*: A masters degree is preferred.
