Job Description
Job Title: LPN/RN
Location: Chinle AZ and Pinon AZ
Duration: 3 months
Shift Schedule: 08:00am to 5:00pm Mon to Fri
Qualification:
Education: Degree or Diploma from a professional nursing program LPN/RN
License: Current valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN)license from any state of USA
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Must have 3 years of Nursing experience with a minimum of 12 months in the specialty
Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor medications and immunizations including recognizing side effects and complications of their use.
- Provide culturally sensitive care particularly addressing the specific physical spiritual and social needs of Native American patients.
- Assist in medical interventions by analyzing the results of medical procedures and translating them into appropriate nursing interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
- Follow facility and regulatory procedures ensuring compliance with JACHO OSHA and other accreditation standards.
