Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Registered Nurse Emergency Room. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Fort Defiance AZ 86504

Assignment Start Date: 1/13/2025

16 weeks Nights 12hour shift 36 hours/week guaranteed

Our Emergency Department consists of an 11bed Main ED a 6bed ED Fast Track and a 7bed ED Observation Unit. All ED nurses are expected to rotate through each of these areas regularly. In addition nurses are assigned to Triage Quick Registration Covid Tent and Entry Screening. Nurses can expect to be assigned a different area at a minimum daily and may be rotated during their shift depending on the patient volume and needs of the unit. May be assigned to assist with COVID testing and/or immunization clinics as needed.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Must have a minimum of (2) two years of recent ED RN experience.
• Must have completed at least one travel assignment.
• May be assigned to assist with COVID testing and/or immunization clinics as needed.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active unrestricted AZ State RN license is required.
• Must have American Heart Association BLS/BCLS ACLS PALS and TNCC are required.

EMR System: RPMS experience preferred

Shift: 12 hours Night Shift assigned after arrival but flexible to take other shifts as needed. Nightshift positions with a maximum of one (1) week RTO if needed Holiday RTOs will be limited due to staffing needs. Shifts may change during the contract and one may need to cover the day shift or midshift as the facility relies heavily on contractors so as one leaves someones shift may change to accommodate their staffing needs. The schedule is typically 7 on 7 off with 36 hours one week and 48 hours the next. Travelers are occasionally expected to float to other departments in which they are qualified to work. This could include taking a patient load if experienced and competent in that setting or could be taskoriented such as answering call lights phones etc.

Orientation: On Mondays only If your traveler misses the compliance deadline they will pushed to the following Monday. Business casual/scrubs are ok.
