Key tasks in the role:
Responsible for your teams results:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor sales teams performance and provide guidance to achieve individual and team goals
Development of sales representatives:
- Recruit train and onboard new sales team members.
- Provide coaching mentoring and ongoing performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and motivated sales culture within the team.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with Head of Sales to develop sales strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends customer needs and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales plans and initiatives to capture your market
Sales Reporting Forecast and Analysis:
- Generate regular sales reports forecasts and performance metrics.
- Make sure to update and cleanForecast in time
- Analyze sales data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement.
- Use datadriven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed.

- has previous experience in B2B sales (with SaaS platforms is a plus) and can be responsible for their entire sales cycle from prospecting to sales
- has experience in leadership building teams coaching teams and individuals
- has the will to push harder and keep high activity
