Job Brief:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to develop implement track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. The ideal candidate will work with all departments and vendors to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing strategies including SEO/SEM email social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Design build and maintain our social media presence across various platforms.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the data.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate endtoend customer experiences across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Oversee and manage all online marketing channels (e.g. Google AdWords social media platforms and email marketing).
- Develop and manage the content calendar ensuring content is timely relevant and engaging.
- Implement strategies to drive online traffic to the company website and improve website performance.
- Work on increasing website traffic and customer engagement by developing and executing SEO strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM and PPC strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads HubSpot etc.
- Uptodate knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and convert it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent understanding of social media platforms including LinkedIn Instagram Facebook and Twitter.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field is preferred.
- Certification in Google Analytics Google Ads or other relevant certifications is a plus.
