Position: Executive Director of Operations

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure that the site in Athens and the supported lines of business deliver on KPIs and critical operational expectations
- Be responsible for achieving results and operational goals across multiple lines of business
- Facilitate the resolution of process and operational issues through crossfunctional partnerships
- Manage highly escalated issues requiring communication at all levels of leadership
- Drive continuous improvement by optimizing efficiencies
- Build capability by developing a strategy to support the design customization and delivery of leadership development programs
- Partner with corporate resources to align global leadership strategies and technology solutions
- Provide leadership and development to the leadership development team including hiring performance management and terminations of team members
- Drive the optimization of learning technology tools
- Manage the utilization of technology to link leadership learning initiatives to performance
- Partner with executive leadership to identify performance needs develop and implement strategies and tactics
- Identify solutions and initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
- Work effectively with consultants vendors and professional resources to enhance organizational capability.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in working within SaaS/B2B Sales BPO at Exec level (510 years)
- Nearnative level of written and spoken English language
- Experienced presenter/facilitator familiar with principles of adult learning
- Knowledge and sensitivity to diversity issues in training
- Ability to effectively deal with conflict and highly sensitive situations
- Strong consulting and influencing skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- User knowledge of database systems
- Ability to analyze results of behavioral assessment tools
- Possess contract negotiation capabilities to help build potential partnerships
- Able to bring staff and key influencers together to work in harmony.
