Scope Of Work:

Design architect and implement enterprisewide BI solutions specializing in Oracle utilities and Oracle P6 data to deliver insightful dashboards and reports.

• The Senior Data Analytics Specialist will be a key player in the design and implementation of enterprisewide business intelligence and data solutions to support enterprisewide analytics applications.
• This role requires expertlevel knowledge of Oracle C2M and utilities application data structures as well as extensive experience (7 years) in implementing data solutions for Oracle utilities and billing applications.
• The candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle Primavera Analytics and knowledge in construction domain. The engineer will be responsible for developing and designing dashboard and reporting solutions that extract meaningful business insights from complex datasets.
• They will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and translate those needs into effective BI solutions.
• This role requires expertise in various BI tools (e.g. Power BI Oracle Analytics Cloud) and a deep understanding of data visualization best practices to deliver impactful and userfriendly dashboards and reports.

1. Create and maintain documentation for reports dashboards and related processes.

2. Provide technical support to endusers for BI solutions.

3. Experience in designing and implementing data models for Oracle C2M applications including an understanding of entities relationships

4. Experience in analyzing Oracle C2M application data to identify trends patterns and insights. This includes proficiency in writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data from C2M tables and views.

5. Experience in writing SQL queries against Oracle C2M database and extracting data as per user requirements

6. Collaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and design reports and dashboards that meet their needs.

7. Manage administer and develop analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Microsoft Power BI and BI Publisher. Provide support for BI infrastructure and work on reporting solutions.

8. Validate report output by crossreferencing it with data from the Oracle C2M system identifying any data discrepancies or anomalies

9. Incorporate new data sources and analytics features into reports as requested by stakeholders to improve decisionmaking processes.

10. Modify and customize existing reports based on evolving business needs providing ongoing support for report enhancements.

11. Continuously explore new tools and techniques for improving reporting efficiency and effectiveness.

12. Provide training and support to endusers on how to use reports and dashboards ensuring they can derive maximum value from the data.

13. Design develop and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines for various data sources (e.g. databases APIs cloud storage).

14. Design and implement data models for Oracle C2M and utilities applications ensuring data integrity and consistency. Build and maintain data warehouses and data lakes to support analytics and reporting needs.

15. Develop and maintain reports dashboards and visualizations using BI tools like Oracle Analytics BI Publisher and Microsoft Power BI to provide insights into Oracle Utilities application data. Translate business requirements into technical specifications for BI solutions and develop reports and dashboards that meet user needs.

16. Expert Knowledge of Oracle Primavera P6 Analytics implementation and experience in construction domain.

17. The engineer will have experience with various BI tools like Oracle Analytics (both as admin and developer level) BI Publisher and Microsoft Power BI

18. Strong experience in Oracle Analytics Server Administration.

Preferred Experience/Qualification/Knowledge Skills

a.Education: A Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university with a major in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business or other related scientific or technical discipline.

A Masters Degree is preferred. A Masters Degree in one of the above disciplines equals one year specialized and two years general experience.

At least seven (7) years of experience in one or more functional areas related to the subject matter specialty.

At least five (5) years of hands on or analysis experience in the IT field directly related to the required area of expertise

b. General Experience: Work Experience: 8 years of experience designing and implementing data solutions and dashboard development for Oracle C2M P6 analytics at enterpriselevel applications.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of utility applications and billing systems especially within Oracle utilities (C2M CC&B).

Project Experience: Demonstrated experience working on largescale data projects in diverse team environments with a focus on analytics business intelligence and enterprise systems

c. Specialized Experience:

• Oracle Utilities (C2M & CC&B): 5 years of experience working with Oracle C2M including indepth knowledge of its data structures and capabilities for utilities and billing applications.
• Oracle Primavera: Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle P6 Analytics
• Data Modeling: Extensive experience with data modeling and database design particularly for Oraclebased applications and BI platforms.
• Enterprise Analytics: Proven expertise in implementing enterprise1wide analytics and business intelligence solutions including data integration from multiple systems into a single data repository.
• BI Tools: Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Microsoft Power BI and BI Publisher both as a developer and administrator

d. Skillset

• Business Intelligence: Strong knowledge of BI platforms including dashboard development data visualization report generation and system administration for Oracle Analytics Power BI and BI Publisher.
• Database & Data Structures: Deep understanding of database design principles SQL PL/SQL and Oracle database management systems including performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Analytics & Reporting: Ability to create complex reports dashboards and data visualizations to meet business needs. Experience developing realtime analytics solutions for utility businesses.
• Data Governance & Quality: Familiarity with data governance frameworks ensuring data integrity quality and security within an enterprise context.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
