Job Description

What we want:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of operations experience focusing on employee engagement compliance attendance management and onboarding. You will play a crucial role in optimizing HR processes and enhancing the overall employee experience.

What you will do:
EndtoEnd Employee Lifecycle Management:
Oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding ensuring a smooth transition at each stage.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the HR Management System (HRMS).

HR Process Management:
Develop implement and streamline HR processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while providing guidance to employees and managers.

Employee Grievance Handling:
Act as a point of contact for employees to raise grievances and concerns.
Investigate complaints and facilitate resolutions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

HRMS Accuracy:
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the HR Management System.

Requirements

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
5 years of experience in HR operations or a related role.
Strong knowledge of HR policies employee relations and compliance issues.
Proficiency in HRIS and attendance management systems.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a focus on process improvement.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships at all levels.
