Job Description

This is a direct supervisor role. This is like being a section or squad leader in the military. You will be responsible for performing tasks conducted by your team. You will participate in leadership meetings to be part of the decision process. This includes process improvement and standardization of processes.

This is a shift position. You will work either 6am6pm or 6pm6am. This is a 223 shift schedule. Working every other FridaySaturdaySunday. This means every other weekend is a threeday weekend! Built in overtime with the opportunity to pick up extra shifts!

This is the perfect role for an NCO who wants to begin a career in manufacturing by leveraging your leadership abilities. It is very rare to have a companies open to hiring transitioning veterans into this role. You need to have the conversation with the team to truly grasp the career potential of this role.

Requirements

E4E6 leaders. Strong communications and examples of leadership in the military.

Military veteran with supervisory experience. E4 or above.
