Job Description

  • Our Client is one of the world s largest multimodal deep sea carriers with over 138 years of maritime history
covering Asia Middle East Europe Africa North America South America Oceania with links to global
routes. They provide customised ICT solutions to the group of
companies in the domains of shipping logistics etc

  • Location: Hyderabad Telangana

  • RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting GL line item GL account balance report Trail balance.
Closing all the accounts and reconciliation
Consolidate the financial statement of subsidiaries entity to create a single consolidated financial statement.
Responsible for preparing financial statement such P/L Balance sheet cash flow and fund flow.
Responsible for month end close activities such as close cash & deposit close payroll Close payable and receivable close financial instruments and other investment.

Approval of Asset Master.

Lease Accounting.

Treasury Operation.

Ensure all the adjustment entries in Fixed asset posted correctly.

To ensure the Productivity and SLAs are met on the month end closing

Handle new migration/process transition.

Onsite visits on process migration will be an added advantage.


Ensure FTRs & Reports are published timely
Ensure records of Leave to be maintained
Conduct daily huddles error discussions and random audit based on the analysis of the internal and external errors
Targets set in the KPI indicators (External and Internal KPIs wherever applicable) need to be achieved
Ensure that all the new process requirement or changes will be updated in DPM/SOP/SLA PFC immediately.
Rotation of team members in different processes
UAT for new enhancements if any
BCP Preparedness
Handling complaints from Front Office if any along with HOD/Center Head
Regular calls with Onshore to check the health of the process
Process Improvements/Automations.


EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

MBA (Finance)/PG/Graduate in Commerce.
Basic MS office Certification.
Knowledge on ERP



Requirements

REQUIRED SKILL SET




Candidate has prior experiences in shipping industry.

Basic knowledge in Geography (Continents Countries & Ports)

Open to Working in shifts

Knowledge of Advanced Excel.

Experience in BPO/Outsourcing business.

Minimum 6 years of experience.
