We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Representative to join our team representing a highend luxury product. The successful candidate will be based in Cape Town but will cover the entire Western Province region managing relationships with B2B clients and expanding our brand presence. This is a confidential role for a renowned multinational providing the opportunity to work with an exclusive premium product range.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Manage and grow the Western Province sales territory ensuring extensive client coverage across the region.
- Relationship Building: Establish maintain and nurture longterm relationships with key B2B clients including retailers and luxury partners.
- HighEnd Clientele: Work with sophisticated discerning clientele who expect premium service and products.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop sales plans and execute strategies to achieve sales targets increase market share and drive product visibility.
- Travel: Regular travel throughout the Western Province to meet clients and attend industry events and meetings.
- Reporting & Analysis: Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Market Insight: Stay updated with industry trends competitors and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

- Experience in B2B Sales: Proven experience selling highend products to B2B clients (experience in luxury goods or beauty industry preferred).
- Multinational Exposure: Prior experience working in a multinational environment with an understanding of global sales processes and strategies.
- Strong Planning & Organizational Skills: Ability to plan and manage a large sales territory including scheduling regular client visits and meetings.
- Bilingual (English & Afrikaans): Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Afrikaans are essential for success in this role.
- SelfManagement: Must be selfdriven capable of working independently and managing time effectively.
- Relationship Management Focus: Passionate about fostering and maintaining longterm client relationships.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to handle premium products with care and precision.
