Proven experience in instructional design especially in sales training or a related role preferably in the technology industry and specifically in digital security.

Strong understanding of BDR (Business Development Representative) responsibilities and the sales process with the ability to translate this knowledge into effective training materials and coaching sessions.

Graphic and creative sensibilities (e.g. ability to visualize content elements and work with creative team)

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate the BDR team.
|
Storytelling skills Utilize stories to communicate so as to enable BDR teams to accomplish shared goals
|
Analytical mindset with the ability to measure the impact of sales enablement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
|
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools is a plus.
