Job Description

Position: Sales Executive
Sector: Hardware Building Materials Construction Items and Machine Tools Trading

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Executive with a strong background in sales within the hardware building materials construction and industrial manufacturing industries. Located in Bahrain this role involves developing new business opportunities managing client relationships and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and projects within the construction and industrial sector.
  • Generate leads and nurture client relationships to expand the companys project pipeline.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the project management team to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Attend trade shows exhibitions and industry events to network and promote the companys products and services.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and product innovations to provide superior client consultation and service.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Report regularly to upper management on sales progress and market insights.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent knowledge of the companys product line as well as the competitions offerings.
  • Offer technical advice and support to clients making sure that the best solutions are provided according to their needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales ideally within the specified industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customeroriented approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
