The ECommerce Executive is responsible for managing the hotels online presence and driving digital marketing efforts to increase revenue brand visibility and customer engagement. This role supports the execution of online sales strategies content management and marketing campaigns aligning with the hotels overarching digital goals.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Website & Booking Platform Management: Optimize the hotels website and thirdparty platforms (Booking.com Expedia etc.) to maximize online bookings and ensure uptodate accurate content.
- Ecommerce Campaigns: Develop and implement online marketing campaigns (SEO PPC Paid Social) to increase website traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Email Marketing: Execute email marketing campaigns for Rooms F&B and other outlets in line with corporate guidelines aimed at driving engagement and revenue.
- Content Creation & Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content across platforms and manage the propertys presence on social media.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website performance social media metrics and online reviews providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
- Reputation & Influencer Management: Manage the hotels online reputation through active review responses influencer collaboration and maintaining positive guest sentiment.
- Rate Distribution: Ensure rate parity across all online distribution channels working closely with the Revenue Director and carrying out Rate shops.
- Support Media Marketing: Assist in PPC SEO and other media marketing tasks staying informed of industry trends and digital best practices.
Qualifications :
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: 23 years in ECommerce or Digital Marketing ideally within the hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO Paid Social Google Analytics).
- Excellent content creation writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Analytics and relevant tools.
- Experience managing online booking platforms and online reputation.
- Basic Graphic design skills will be considered as a plus
