Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including building and maintaining customer relationships, promoting and selling perfume and beauty products, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service in our stores.

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers warmly, providing a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our perfume products, including their unique features, scents, and pricing.
• Sales: Actively engage customers, recommend products, and guide them through the purchase process. Achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain product stock levels, ensuring a neat and organized presentation.
• Payment Handling: Accurately process cash transactions, provide change, and utilize electronic payment systems.
• Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries, offer product information, and resolve any concerns or issues courteously and efficiently.
• Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing product displays to attract and engage customers.
• Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling complementary products to enhance the customer's shopping experience.
• Store Cleanliness: Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and aesthetically pleasing at all times.
• Security Measures: Adhere to security protocols to prevent theft and maintain a safe shopping environment.

• Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
