The Role
As part of Shkolos Customer Support team the employee will provide highquality customer service and technical support to users of Shkolos digital solutions ensuring a seamless user experience and helping to address any technical or functional challenges that arise.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Responding to phone calls and addressing inquiries from system administrators and school directors.
- Logging issues into the ticketing system and escalating them to the appropriate support level if necessary.
- Responding to emails and other written inquiries from teachers parents and students.
- Familiarizing yourself with new functionalities and understanding how to use them.
- Updating and maintaining user guides and other help materials as needed.
- Providing highquality service to clients by identifying their issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
- Supporting clients during both highdemand and quieter periods adapting to the dynamic nature of the school calendar.
- Maintaining strong internal communication with colleagues and collaborating efficiently to resolve customer issues.
- Ensuring an accurate and clear flow of information to and from the clients.

Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelors degree (preferably in a technical field).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in education and/or technical support.
- Strong communication skills with a high level of digital competence.
- Patience and a willingness to assist others with problemsolving.
- Strong command of the Bulgarian language both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with attention to detail and responsibility for commitments made to colleagues and customers.
- The ability to adapt to varying workloads based on the school calendar.
- Strong observation and organizational skills.
- Fluent in Bulgarian with an intermediate (B1) level of English or above being highly recommended for ease of communication in an international environment.
Knowledge of foreign languages:
Proficiency in English at least level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages.
