Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dublin CA Direct FullTime Hybrid Energy
Dublinbased energy company is seeking a directhire CFO to provide strategic leadership for the financial operations of the company. This is a hybrid opportunity with a salary budget between $225000$300000/year depending upon relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership working with investors/banks and raising capital.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial leadership working with investors/banks and raising capital.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Manage and lead the Finance department
- Successfully implement and execute capitalraising strategies
- Maintain relationships with investors capital providers and financial institutions
- Manage financial reporting/planning cash/risk management and all other operations related to accounting and tax
- Manage due diligence for partnerships and future acquisitions
- Support the strategic decisionmaking process of the company by collaborating with executive members
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field
- MBA/CPA highly preferred
- 6 years of experience in financial leadership/management
- Prior experience working in energy or gas/fuel required
- Prior experience working with financial partner relationships transaction execution and capital markets required
- Experience using Excel (advanced)
