Job Description

Position: OFS(Oracle Financial Services)Developer (ERP Systems)
Location: Remote

Visa: Any Visa W2/1099 only
Job Summary:

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated OFS Developer to join our team. This role requires deep knowledge of Oracle Financial Services (OFS) products particularly in the context of Order Management (OM) Accounting and Supply Chain Management (SCM). As an OFS Developer you will be responsible for developing customizing and maintaining OFS applications and integrating them with other enterprise systems ensuring seamless operations across accounting SCM and OM processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. OFS Application Development & Customization:
    • Design develop and deploy Oracle Financial Services (OFS) applications with a focus on Order Management (OM) Accounting and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
    • Work on the customization of OFS modules to ensure they meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
    • Develop complex SQL queries reports and data models for integration and extraction.
  2. System Integration:
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Accounting SCM OM) to understand business processes and integrate OFS solutions with other enterprise systems such as ERP and CRM.
    • Manage data migration synchronization and integration between OFS and thirdparty systems (e.g. legacy accounting systems SCM applications).
  3. Order Management & Accounting:
    • Support and enhance the Order Management module ensuring accurate order processing invoicing and shipment tracking.
    • Ensure seamless integration between accounting systems and OFS for financial data reporting billing and reconciliation.
  4. SCM Process Enhancement:
    • Work closely with the SCM team to customize OFS to better handle procurement inventory management logistics and order fulfillment.
    • Develop features that optimize the management of supply chain transactions from sourcing to distribution.
  5. Troubleshooting & Support:
    • Provide troubleshooting support for OFSrelated issues particularly those affecting OM Accounting and SCM processes.
    • Perform rootcause analysis and implement fixes to resolve production issues and improve system performance.
  6. Testing & Documentation:
    • Conduct unit integration and performance testing of OFS applications.
    • Develop technical documentation and user guides for system configurations customizations and best practices.
  7. Compliance & Quality Control:
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards SCM best practices and corporate policies in the development and implementation of OFS solutions.
    • Monitor system performance and implement continuous improvements to enhance the systems stability and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field.
  • Proven experience in OFS (Oracle Financial Services) development and support specifically in Order Management (OM) Accounting and SCM modules.
  • Strong experience in Oracle SQL PL/SQL and Oracle EBS (or equivalent ERP systems).
  • Knowledge of SCM processes including inventory management procurement and logistics.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles financial reporting and reconciliation processes within an enterprise environment.
  • Experience in designing and developing OFSbased solutions for financial SCM and OM needs.
  • Experience integrating OFS with other ERP and business systems.
  • Strong problemsolving analytical and debugging skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware or Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with OFSrelated tools like Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA).
  • Experience in Agile development methodologies and practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders across the business and IT teams.
