Summary: This role plays a vital part in ensuring a smooth transition for users during the implementation of Oracle Fusion and Oracle HCM Cloud applications. You will leverage your expertise in both systems and adult learning principles to deliver comprehensive training that equip users with the knowledge and skills to utilize the new system effectively.
Responsibilities:
Training Needs Assessment: Collaborate with project stakeholders (business users HR professionals IT) to identify training needs based on user roles functionalities and desired outcomes. Analyze user skill levels and learning preferences to evaluate proposed training programs.
Review training materials (e.g. user guides video tutorials online modules) aligned with both Oracle Fusion and Oracle HCM functionalities relevant to user roles. Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) from IT and HR to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Training Delivery: Deliver training programs utilizing various methods (e.g. instructorled sessions eLearning modules webinars) to cater to diverse learning styles. Facilitate interactive training sessions encouraging user participation and addressing questions and concerns. Deliver trainthetrainer programs to support ongoing user learning.
Evaluation and Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments feedback surveys and posttraining performance measurement. Analyze training data and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and continuously enhance training content and delivery methods.
Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion and Oracle HCM Cloud functionalities user interfaces and configuration options. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear and concise userfriendly language.
Training & Development Skills: Proven experience in developing and delivering engaging and effective training programs. Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills to captivate an audience.
Minimum Qualifications: Has an undergraduate degree in a related field and has approximately 4 years of relevant work experience in organizational change management activities inclusive of classroom training activities within in the public or private sector Federal State or Local governments or in another specialized area as defined by a task order.
