Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager for a leading gasket manufacturing company based in Verna Goa. You will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing customer accounts coordinating sales activities and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all sales activities including orders invoices and payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information and support.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings product demonstrations and events.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Should make a strategy for and manage tender/contract bidding
- Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing proposals contracts and presentations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay current with industry trends competitor activities and market conditions.
- Participate in training programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills
- Support the sales team with market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Generate lists of prospects and contact them by following standard operating procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the sales process and drive growth.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by accurately processing orders.
- Followup for Payment collection with customers.
- Communicate with distributors and company representatives to resolve queries aimed at business practice.
- Interacting with the customers to gather their feedback regarding product satisfaction. Maintaining cordial relationships with customers to achieve repeat business.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- 1520 years of experience in sales of industrial products is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office CRM software and other sales tools.
- Must be an expert in advanced Excel operations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Passion for sales and willingness to learn and adapt.
