We are seeking an Email Marketing / Sequencing Specialist to develop execute and optimize email marketing campaigns and sequences aimed at driving customer engagement lead generation and conversions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in crafting personalized email sequences A/B testing automating workflows and utilizing HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel. What you will do:
Create personalized email sequences aimed at nurturing leads and driving engagement for Multiple ICPs
Align email campaigns with overall marketing strategies to target specific audiences.
Design and automate email workflows to guide leads through the sales funnel efficiently.
Leverage HubSpot CRM to automate customer segmentation and lead nurturing.
Conduct A/B tests to optimize email subject lines content and designs.
Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights.
Write concise persuasive and engaging copy for email campaigns.
Ensure the tone messaging and style align with the brand and target audience.
Prepare reports and insights for continuous optimization of campaigns on HubSpot.
Create and manage customer segmentation strategies to deliver targeted content to specific audience groups.
Monitor email deliverability ensure compliance with GDPR and other regulations and prevent spam issues.
Regularly test emails across platforms and devices to ensure consistent deliverability.
Track campaign metrics such as open rates clickthrough rates conversions and revenue attribution.
Work crossfunctionally with sales and marketing teams to align email strategies with broader business goals.
Requirements
12 years of proven experience in email marketing for Sales Development sequencing or lifecycle marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing platforms (HubSpot Mailchimp Active Campaign etc.).
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot Salesforce Zoho etc.) and automation platforms.
Familiarity with A/B testing tools and analytics software (Google Analytics Mixpanel etc.).
Strong copywriting skills with an ability to create concise persuasive and engaging content.
Comfortable analyzing data making datadriven decisions and optimizing campaigns based on metrics.
Strong organizational skills ensuring accuracy in email execution scheduling and reporting.
Experience with HTML/CSS for basic email template editing.
Experience in B2B email marketing and lead nurturing.
Knowledge of customer segmentation personalization techniques and lifecycle marketing strategies.
Experience in conducting lead scoring and integrating with sales outreach systems.
