Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and socially confident Retail Associate to assist our customers in purchasing cars. Your role will involve guiding customers through their buying decisions processing transactions and ensuring the showroom is wellmaintained and visually appealing. If you have an outgoing personality and enjoy providing excellent customer service this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and offer assistance in the showroom.
Address customer queries concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
Provide customers with detailed product information and recommendations to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
Advise customers on promotions member benefits and current sales.
Process payments including cash credit card and check transactions.
Handle exchanges returns and refunds according to company policies.
Maintain the sales floor by arranging merchandise in an organized and visually appealing manner.
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
Strong customer service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and math skills.
Available to work on weekends and holidays.
English proficiency is not required.
