Hiring HR Recruiter Intern
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: Fresher (For 2023 and 2024 graduates)
Duration: 3 months
Salary: Upto 5000 On Internship period
Location: Kaloor Kochi Kerala
Roles & Responsibilities:
As an HR Recruiter Intern you will play a vital role in our recruitment process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the active employee requirements.
- Sourcing profiles from various databases such as job portals headhunting and referrals.
- Screening candidates using various HR tools.
- Shortlisting candidates who match the job requirements.
- Submitting shortlisted profiles for client review and approval.
- Interacting with candidates to schedule interviews.
- Following up with candidates until their date of joining.
- Generating references from selected candidates.
Requirements
- To excel in this role you should possess the following qualities and qualifications
- Confidence in handling responsibilities.
- Fulltime availability for a duration of 3 months.
- Familiarity with different hiring methods and modes.
- Only candidates from Ernakulam district will be considered for these position
