As part of our business expansion we would like to launch talent management portfolio within MVC Group. We are looking for a seasoned business developer with strong client relations operation and partner management from a HR consulting or HR service provider background (Talent Development & Talent Assessment). You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities identifying trends and needs through market research and sourcing/partnering with subject matter experts coaches/trainers assessment tools and learning platform technologies to deliver solutions and programs based on the client needs.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the talent development business & operations within MVC Group
- Work closely with the marketing team to curate collateral and materials for business event exhibitions
- Attend marketing exhibition events to represent MVC Group to network with new potentials/opportunities
- Actively source prospect and followup on potential business leads for MVC Group
- Kept abreast of market trending needs or indemand solutions that will benefit existing or future potential clients.
- Curate and manage solution partners within the Asia Pacific Region.
- Manage endtoend client relations from proposal building closing and solutions delivery
- Strategic planning and execution on sales plan that is aligned to organisation objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Business or any equivalent
- Sales/Business Development background from HR consulting or L&D is highly preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the HR consulting industry
- Proven track record of sales achievement and penetration of large key accounts GLC Government projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong commercial acumen and client management skills
