Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized Air Freight Specialist to plan coordinate and manage air shipments to meet and exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or international trade with excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Air Shipment Coordination: Plan organize and manage air exports to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines and other vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Invoice Management: Generate billing invoices using internal systems and send Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices to customers.
- AP Invoice Processing: Manage vendor invoices and coordinate with the accounting team to ensure timely payments.
- Reporting: Provide daily and weekly reports to the operations manager.
- Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support operations.

Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Logistics, Transportation, International Trade, or Logistics Engineering (required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in the freight forwarding industry (preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English (preferred).
