Job Description
- Managing multiple contract operations ensuring quality standards and work performance on all task orders and projects; planning organizing and overseeing work efforts; assigning resources; managing personnel; providing risk management; ensuring quality management; monitoring overall project and contract performance.
- Ensuring senior level management within the client organization is aware of overall program status including all relevant projects and their potential impact on higher level organizational strategic vision this may include subject matter and unique technical knowledge.
- Experience applying management techniques methods theories principles and labor relations concepts sufficient to assure optimum utilization of personnel equipment and space and to accomplish program objectives through combined technical and administrative oversight;
- Experience applying budget and fiscal methods used in establishing and maintaining contracts;
- Experience working on major programs segments organizational structures and/or functional responsibilities
Requirements
- ACTIVE or EXPIRED IRS MBI Clearance is Required.
- Minimum Seven (7) years of experience in providing oversight and executive level management to multiple programs/projects and manages relationships with senior level management within the client organization.
- Deep understanding of Project Management & Agile Methodologies (SAFE Scrum Kanban)
- Expertise in Client Management using basic tools (Excel PowerPoint)
- Highlevel understanding of:
- Java Spring REST AWS Kubernetes DevOps
- Microservices Containerization Databases (SQL Oracle MongoDB)
- Compliance knowledge (Section 508 WCAG)
- Cybersecurity awareness
- Good understanding of Monitoring & reporting tools (Splunk AppDynamics)
Basic Qualifications: ACTIVE or EXPIRED IRS MBI Clearance is Required. Minimum Seven (7) years of experience in providing oversight and executive level management to multiple programs/projects and manages relationships with senior level management within the client organization. Summary of Essential Skills: Deep understanding of Project Management & Agile Methodologies (SAFE, Scrum, Kanban) Expertise in Client Management using basic tools (Excel, PowerPoint) High-level understanding of: Java, Spring, REST, AWS, Kubernetes, DevOps Microservices, Containerization, Databases (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) Compliance knowledge (Section 508, WCAG) Cybersecurity awareness Good understanding of Monitoring & reporting tools (Splunk, AppDynamics) Salary: $85,000 - 150,000 with benefits.
