Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience as a Product Manager in the medical imaging industry ideally MRI
- Proven experience managing all aspects of a products lifecycle from concept through launch and ongoing iteration
- Experience translating market strategies into product features and technical roadmaps
- Strong technical background with a solid understanding of hardware and software development processes especially in medical devices or imaging technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in data analytics with the ability to perform market and competitive analysis to inform product decisions
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to navigate complex challenges and drive results.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and influence R&D efforts
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a compelling product vision securing alignment from internal stakeholders and key external partners
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify and address product needs inform product strategy and identify opportunities for innovation
- Define and maintain a clear product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals and customer needs
- Translate the product strategy and complex technical requirements into clear actionable plans for the development team
- Monitor product performance using datadriven insights and make strategicadjustments to enhance user experience and product efficacy with optimal resource allocation
- Lead the planning and execution of product launches
