The Purchase Manager will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials and services for interior fitout projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail strategic supplier relationships and effective negotiation skills to ensure costefficiency and tim;ely delivery of highquality materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible to source negotiate and purchase materials for interior fit out projects.
- Preparation of all purchase orders for materials supplies and equipment needed for interior
- fit out projects.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase and work orders invoices.
- Prepare reports on purchasing activities and expenditures for management review.
- New Vendor Development and Vendors Evaluation. Collecting the competitive quotations
- Assist with planning budgeting purchasing and scheduling of projects.
- Responsible for following up with the vendors for on time material delivery to meet project deliverables.
- Identify and establish relationships with key suppliers and vendors in the interior fitouts industry.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to purchase orders and deliveries.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 510 years of experience in procurement preferably within the interior fitouts or construction industry.
- Proficiency in ERP Software and MS Office especially Excel.
- Proven track record of successful supplier negotiations and contract management.
- Strong analyticals skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication negotiation organisation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with procurement ERP Software and tools is a MUST.
