As Online Sales and Operations Specialist your primary goal is to meet and exceed sales targets while
ensuring excellent sales services. you will manage and engage customers using webbased communication channels.
Sales Quota Achievement:
Quick Response: Respond promptly and effectively handle customer inquiries objections and
close sale in a polite friendly and professional manner via chat and phone calls
Selling and Management of Selling Platforms: Website Facebook Instagram TikTok Lazada Shopee Zalora and others
Upselling and CrossSelling: Suggest related products or services to enhance the customers
experience.
Prepare daily and monthly sales reports.
Client Relationship
FollowUp: Regularly follow up with clients to maintain relationships and gather feedback.
Database Management: Update the client database with prospective customers contact details and interests.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional aftersales Service: by addressing customer complaints returns and refunds promptly and professionally
Fulfill Customer Requests: such as same day delivery booking product reservations and monogramming.
Operations:
Booking tracking and updating of clients orders via same day delivery or parcel.
Packing and recording of purchased orders
Periodic checking of inventory
