Job Description
We re seeking a detailoriented Bookkeeper to manage the complex financial landscape of our multifaceted online business empire. You ll be at the forefront of financial management for cuttingedge digital marketing ventures handling everything from daily sales reports to comprehensive annual financial statements. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insights into the financial workings of successful online businesses while contributing to their growth and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Compile and analyze daily reports on costs sales and prenet profit across multiple revenue streams
- Create detailed monthly quarterly and annual financial reports with drilldown capabilities
- Manage finances for multiple companies partnerships and business ventures
- Track and reconcile transactions from various sources including multiple bank accounts credit cards and online payment platforms
- Develop and maintain a hierarchical financial reporting structure for indepth analysis
- Monitor and optimize cash flow across different business entities
- Assist in financial decisionmaking by providing actionable insights from financial data
- Collaborate with the business owner and partners to streamline financial processes
- Prepare yearend financial statements for CPA review
Requirements
- Proven experience in bookkeeping preferably in the digital marketing or online business sector
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting and data organization
- Familiarity with various online payment systems and ecommerce platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and willingness to learn new accounting software as needed
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in financial tasks
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with business owners and partners
- Adaptability to work with evolving business models and financial structures in the fastpaced digital marketing industry
