Job Description
He will be responsible for driving the prefeasibility and feasibility studies for both greenfield and brownfield projects. The successful candidate will also coordinate closely with Project Development and Execution teams to advance growth projects in the pipeline. We are looking for an individual who excels in communication creative and critical thinking and stakeholder management with a background in aluminium processing facilities considered a plus.
- Lead the development of aluminium expansion strategies and feasibility studies (FS).
- Drive business transformation initiatives including planning and selection of equipment technology.
- Coordinate with consultants/vendors to ensure the best technologies and materials are considered for the projects.
- Develop and negotiate EPC contracts managing contractors in collaboration with internal and external experts.
- Conduct financial modelling including IRR NPV and payback period calculations and interpret results across various scenarios to support decisionmaking.
- Ensure effective project coordination and communication with the Project Development and Execution teams.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and foster effective communication across all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in engineering or a related field. A Masters degree or professional certification is a plus.
- Extensive experience in technocommercial aspects of largescale aluminium project development and operations.
- Proven experience in aluminium processing facilities is highly desirable.
- Strong background in conducting prefeasibility and feasibility studies for industrial projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated creative and critical thinking abilities.
- Experience in managing and coordinating with international experts and consultants.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and analysis including IRR NPV and payback period calculations.
