Job Description

Fit-Out Projects:Lead mechanical engineering aspects of fit-out projects from conception to completion.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure mechanical systems meet project specifications and standards.
Review and approve mechanical designs and plans.
Facility Management:Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for all mechanical systems.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Compliance and Safety:Ensure all mechanical installations and maintenance comply with local regulations and safety standards.
