Job Description
- Provide overall estimating technical expertise in support of oil and gas capital projects and especially for the Ethylene Petrochemical Projects
- Be able to utilize computer-estimating application ACCE and other solutions in support of developing cost estimates to different levels of accuracy.
- Familiar with ACCE Engineering Information Uploading Template
- Contractual/Commercial knowledge of working regulations and procedures preferably in Saudi Arabia (ARAMCO)
- Coordinate and resolve estimating problems with personnel throughout the Company and with contractor organizations.
- Prepare multidisciplinary conceptual and definitive cost estimates for Client capital projects.
- Prepare and review of cost estimates to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with the scope of work.
