Job Description
This role will be leading the strategic direction of all talented technical team in driving excellence and innovation within the organization.
- Oversee and manage IT operationProviding technical leadership and guidance to the IT team
- Ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Train and mentor and make sure people will be able to cope up in all project requirements
- Create and manage KPI
- To be updated with the trends and technologies in the market and be able to share best practices and quality standards.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- With a Bachelor s or Master s Degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or any related course.
- With solid experience in handling IT Operations including Infra Network and IT Support leadership role
- At least 10 years of experience as an IT Professional with 5 years experience in a leadership role in the required capability / technical domain.
- Required Capability/Technical Domain specific experience (aligned to senior/lead role)
- Experience working in a highlevel collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality.
- Experience in leading organization capability development change management and transformation is a plus
- Demonstrated track record in successful delivery and the application of contemporary IT management practices methodologies and tools
