Job Description
Job Summary
- Location: Central Region

Job Responsiblities
You will support Pharmacy in:
Clinical Operations
- Support the implementation of patientdriven initiatives in Pharmacy department by working closely with various sections incharge to align processes and workflows
Business Development
- Work with various sections incharge to drive new services and to ensure revenue generation
- Assist sections to derive and drive business case for new services
Business Management
- Maintain close supervision on financial performance and where appropriate work with sections incharge to institute strategic approaches on cost recovery and sustainable profitability.
- Responsible for the supporting the procurement related to strategic projects in compliance with NUHS procurement policies.
Projects
- Lead and manage projects as assigned Work with sections incharge to establish context develop project plan with goals and targets and secure approval for project also to oversee projects from start to end.
- Support Pharmacy department through upcoming changes to major clinical systems via training supporting infrastructural changes and formulation of new processes.
Job Requirements
- Min. 5 years of relevant working experience in healthcare industry
- Bachelors Degree in Business and relevant education
