Dedicated Driver Opportunity in Warrensburg MO
We are seeking dedicated drivers passionate about driving have strong customer service skills and are ready for handson unloading we want to hear from you!

- Competitive Pay: Average gross pay of $2000.
- Average Weekly Miles: 1800 miles and 4 loads.
- Compensation Structure:
- Base Pay: $0.70 $0.80 per mile based on verified experience (096 months).
- Unload Pay: $240 per unload.
- Stop Pay: $25 per stop.
- Backhaul Pay: $50 per backhaul.
- Home Time: Minimum home weekly with a 34hour reset for quality family time.
- Comprehensive Training: Participate in a weeklong ridealong training program with a current driver at $150 per day.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver to locations in ND SD NE KS OK AR MO IA MN WI IL KY TN IN.
- Manually unload goods at each destination.
Driver Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 months of recent OTR or Regional driving experience in the last three years.
- MUST PASS HAIR FOLLICLE & URINE TEST.
- No SAP drivers.
- Clean driving record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 within the last 12 months.
- Major moving violations: None in the past year and only one within the last three years.
- Safety record: No more than 4 incidents in the last 3 years and no DOT recordable incidents in the last 3 years.
- Secure parking location for your truck and trailer.
