Job Brief:
We are seeking a Class A Assembler to join our team in assembling aircooled heat exchanger bundles and related components. The role requires precision attention to detail and adherence to specifications to ensure highquality assembly. If you have experience in assembly particularly in the heat exchanger or shell and tube industry this is an excellent opportunity to grow with our team.
What youll be doing:
- Build and assemble bundles for aircooled heat exchangers including tube expansion hydro N2 purge and dry out processes.
- Read blueprints and calculate expansion measurements set up and adjust expansion machines and perform all plug and cover duties.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts and ensure safety by detecting and stopping unsafe acts.
- Lead and instruct others in all bundle/section assembly tasks ensuring communication and teamwork.
- Conduct soap bubble testing hydrostatic testing and prepare for helium testing.
- Work on your feet for six days a week lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities:

- Set up and adjust expansion machines to perform plug and cover duties accurately.
- Operate overhead cranes and forklifts ensuring safe equipment handling.
- Detect and prevent any unsafe acts to maintain a safe work environment.
- Lead and instruct team members in all bundle and section assembly tasks promoting clear communication and teamwork.
- Conduct testing processes including soap bubble hydrostatic and helium testing.
- Work on your feet for six days a week lifting and maneuvering up to 50 lbs as required.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of assembly experience.
- Experience in aircooled heat exchanger or shell and tube industry preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to operate overhead cranes forklifts and perform rigging tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety teamwork and clear communication.
