What Youll Do:
- Provide topnotch customer support via calls live chat email and social media.
- Assist with account setup signin issues payments and general navigation.
- Resolve technical queries with efficiency and expertise.
- Build relationships by delivering excellent customer care staying positive and proactive.
- Contribute by offering suggestions to improve the customer experience.
What We Offer:
- Base Salary: 870EUR (x14 months)
- KPI Bonus: 80EUR (x11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR per day
- Transport Allowance: 20EUR per month
- Health Insurance: Free after 6 months
- Shifts: Rotative 24/7 including nights
- Contract: 6month contract with possible renewal
- OnSite: 100% onsite work at our Lisbon office
- Schedule: 40 hours/week 2 days off (rotative)

Skills You Need:
- Native Portuguese speaker with B2 English
