Job Description:
Overview: Senior Technical Manager A highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager with a robust background in JAVAJ2EE and cloud technologies. With a proven track record of managing and delivering complex transformation projects this professional excels in leading crossfunctional teams and driving technological innovations to streamline business processes and enhance overall operational efficiency. Professional Experience Management and Leadership Over 15 years of experience in technical management with a focus on JAVAJ2EE and cloudbased solutions implementation. Successfully led multiple transformation projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Key Skillset Required & Responsibilities:
- Expertise in agile methodologies and project management frameworks to optimize workflows and team collaboration. Proficient in mentoring and guiding technical teams fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Should have Led digital transformation projects with focus on operational efficiencies Coordinated with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Should have managed multigeo delivery programs and exposure to operating and scalable delivery models Exposure to GenAI and latest technologies is a plus.
- Technical Expertise required Extensive experience in developing and deploying enterpriselevel applications using JAVA/J2EE technologies.
- Strong knowledge of various JAVA frameworks including Spring Hibernate and Struts.
- Skilled in designing scalable and secure applications ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues enhancing system stability and efficiency.
- Comprehensive understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS and Services.
- Experience in migrating onpremises applications to the cloud leveraging cloudnative services for optimization.
- Proficient in implementing cloud security best practices to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance.
- Ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure ensuring scalability and costeffectiveness and Certifications bachelors degree in computer science from a reputed university. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) AWS Certified Solutions Architect (1)
