Project Management and Coordination:
Work with sponsors/stakeholders to identify project goals objectives and risks.
Identify and document the business problem and expected value for the project and create a compelling plan to achieve project goals.
Conduct options analysis to identify potential solutions.
Plan projects: define scope schedule and budget.
Facilitate meetings of steering committees sponsors/stakeholders as needed.
Manage project team to ensure deliverables are produced on time and meet quality standards.
Produce or oversee reporting on budget resources percent complete decisions issues and risks.
Manage and monitor projects through all phases.
Lead the project through a gated governance process.
