Job description: AWS Cloud engineer with handson experience in Contact Centre technologies Should have good handson experience developing Lex bots along with Lambda Functions in Python. Hands on experience on developing Amazon Connect flows queues routing profiles etc. Hands on experience on developing the lambda functions in Python. Should have good experience on how endtoend IVR works and integration of different AWS services. Should have good knowledge on Agile process.
