Job Description

Roles and responsibilities

▪ The ideal candidate will handle team, and encourage problem-solving by through proper training and empowerment.

▪ The candidate will support the overall F&B operation to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance, and business results.

▪ Experience in an F&B, preferably from restaurant, operations or catering Services

▪ Must have diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
. Strategic Planning
Menu Development: Collaborate with chefs and management to create and update menus that reflect seasonal offerings and market trends.
Cost Control: Develop strategies to manage food and beverage costs while maximizing profitability.
2. Operations Management
Daily Operations: Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring quality standards and efficient service delivery.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
3. Quality Assurance
Service Standards: Ensure adherence to service standards and procedures, maintaining high-quality dining experiences for guests.
Food Safety: Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation practices.
4. Customer Experience
Guest Relations: Interact with guests to gather feedback, address concerns, and enhance their dining experience.
Event Coordination: Plan and execute special events, catering functions, and promotions to drive customer engagement.
5. Financial Management
Budgeting: Prepare and manage the F&B budget, tracking expenses and revenues to meet financial targets.
Reporting: Generate and analyze financial reports, including sales performance, cost analysis, and inventory management.
6. Inventory Management
Supply Chain Coordination: Oversee inventory levels, placing orders for food and beverage supplies as needed to maintain stock.
Inventory Control: Implement systems for tracking inventory usage and minimizing waste.
7. Marketing and Promotion
Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote F&B offerings and attract customers.
Social Media Engagement: Utilize social media platforms to engage with customers and promote events and specials.
8. Team Collaboration
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with other departments (e.g., kitchen, sales, events) to ensure seamless service and communication.
Training Programs: Design and implement training programs for staff on service excellence, product knowledge, and safety protocols.
9. Trend Analysis
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to inform decision-making.
Innovation: Introduce innovative concepts and products to enhance the F&B experience and maintain competitiveness.
10. Continuous Improvement
Performance Evaluation: Regularly evaluate F&B performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Feedback Mechanism: Establish systems for collecting feedback from guests and staff to inform operational enhancements.
