Job Description
Designation: Testing Engineer NPI & Engineering
Experiance : 4 to 6 Years
Qualification: Diploma/BEEEE
Location : Mysore
Should have EMS testing knowledge Manual testing ATE etc.
Tester debugging and trouble shooting .
Tester validation and qualification before release to production.
Preventive & spare maintenance of testers.
Power Box Testing
Requirements
1. SMT (Surface Mount Technology) 1. Solder Past printing and process issue analysis and troubleshooting 2. Reflow Profiling and issues analysis and troubleshooting 3. Pick and place programming, process issue analysis 4. AOI programming and process optimization 2. TH (Through Hole) & Selective soldering 1. Process issue analysis and troubleshooting 3. PCB Cleaning and conformal coating. 4. X ray machine programming and process optimization 5. Good knowledge in IPC standards and experienced in end to end audits
