Job Title: Head of Business Operations
Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Head of Business Operations to lead and optimize all aspects of business operations. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency scalability and profitability. The ideal candidate will focus on strategy development process improvement and crossfunctional collaboration to ensure smooth business operations and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision identify growth opportunities and optimize business processes for scalability.
Operational Excellence: Drive efficiency through process optimization workflow automation and best practices implementation. Monitor KPIs to meet performance targets.
Crossfunctional Leadership: Collaborate with key departments (Tech Product Strategy) to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives. Lead and mentor a team of operations managers.
Customer Experience Management: Ensure operations deliver excellent customer experiences and integrate feedback into process improvements.
P&L Responsibility: Oversee the business operations’ P&L manage costs and drive profitability through cost optimization initiatives.
Vendor & Partner Management: Manage vendor relationships negotiate contracts and ensure alignment with company goals through effective SLAs.
Technology & Automation: Work with tech teams to ensure operational systems are scalable and uptodate. Identify opportunities for automation to enhance efficiency.
Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with regulatory standards and manage risks through proper controls and governance.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
15 years of leadership experience with a proven track record in growing business units.
Expertise in business development sales relationship management and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
Strong leadership skills in managing crossfunctional teams for operational excellence.
