Job Description
Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic (Licensed 433A Millwright)
Location: Toronto Ontario Canada
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced licensed 433A Millwright to join our advanced automotive manufacturing facility in Toronto. As a crucial member of our maintenance team you will be responsible for installing aligning and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment ensuring seamless production operations for our Tier 1 automotive clients.
Responsibilities
- Interpret diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
- Install align and relocate machinery according to layout plans
- Inspect and repair machinery and equipment to maintain operational efficiency
- Perform welding and operate machine tools as needed
- Participate in lean initiatives to enhance processes and productivity
Qualifications
- Preferred 5 years of experience as a Millwright
- Current Ontario 433A Millwright Ticket
- Proficient knowledge and experience with:
- Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Gearboxes and conveyor systems
- Gear pumps and diaphragm pumps
- Hydraulic and pneumatic equipment
- Ability to work with chemicals and perform tasks at heights
- Strong troubleshooting skills for equipment issues
- Willingness to work all shifts including days afternoons and nights

Experience 2 or more years of experience programming Allen Bradley PLC's, and HMI's. or Siemens PLC's 2 or more years of experience programming Factory Talk Panel View Experience in site commissioning and startup of control systems.
