Job Description
- Lead and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion ensuring alignment with industry standards and company goals.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to crossfunctional teams promoting best practices in engineering methodologies.
- Develop project plans including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Conduct advanced research in relevant technical fields to inform product development and improvement.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to create innovative solutions that meet market demands.
- Analyze existing engineering processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement process enhancements to increase efficiency reduce costs and improve product quality.
- Ensure all engineering activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to compliance and quality assurance.
- Communicate technical information effectively to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with clients suppliers and internal teams to achieve project objectives.
- Mentor junior engineers and technical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements
- Master s degree (M.S.) or MBA in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Business Administration Technology Management) or Ph.D. in a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in engineering or technical roles.
- Proven track record in managing largescale projects and leading technical teams.
