The role will be responsible to:
Foster positive workplace experiences employing skills like communication empathy strategic thinking and data interpretation to enhance the overall work environment.
Create a great member experience while executing sales and tasks with excellence.
Take ownership and responsibility of the Suite/ Suites with the complete support and experience of the allied departments.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall Management
Create a welcoming atmosphere to ensure high member satisfaction.
Initiate and manage communitybuilding activities including client move in events and digital communications.
Understand and address the business and personal goals of clients
Resolve member disputes quickly and effectively.
Ensure inclusivity and openness to new ideas.
Be knowledgeable about contracts and guidelines as well as federal state and local laws that manage the work environment. Manage member onboarding and exit processes.
Positive relationship with vendors and landlords.
Event Planning and Execution:
Develop a diverse quarterly event calendar for members potential members and the local community.
Manage event budgets and ensure professional presentation.
Oversee event logistics including catering checkins and cleanup.
Space Management:
Work closely with Operations team to ensure optimal operation and availability of facilities.
Submit maintenance tickets for repairs to the facility and key equipment
Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulations
Personnel Management:
Lead a team to achieve community sales and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular team and individual meetings and performance reviews.
Focus on team member development.
Share perspectives on the team with ownership
