Job Description
Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant
Location: South Africa (Onsite)
Salary: R 10000 R 13000 CTC per month

Our mission is to create impactful and memorable brand experiences for our clients through innovative strategies and topnotch execution. The company is seeking a Sales Admin Assistant who will report to the National Key Account Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel (pivot tables are key to understand).
- Clerical skills.
- FMCG experience advantageous.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Sales reportingCompile & analyse sales reports for key accounts and track performance metrics & trends.
2. Collaboration with merchandising teams
Daily/weekly follow ups with the merchandising teams based on sales data pulled.
3. Promotion management
Verify promotions are in place and live on agreedupon dates work with merchandising teams to ensure visibility etc.
Collating reports and presentations of sales performance for each account & category for KAM to present in meetings.
4. Day to day admin
Filing followup mails trading term tracking etc.
