1. Generate enquiries and collect market information.
2. Visit potential customers for generating new business.
3. Techno commercial negotiations with the Customer.
4. Generate monthly MIS reports including sales enquiries lost order as desired by management and Mahindra.
5. Coordinate with service dealer for any unresolved customer complaint and escalate if necessary to management/Mahindra team.
6. Ensure total customer satisfaction in assigned territory.
